1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "Platform" refers to the basa3 website accessible at basa3.io, including all pages, services, products, features, and tools available through it.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and uses any of its services.
• "basa3" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, virtual game, or any other wagerable outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward issued by basa3 to a Player under specific promotional terms.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which basa3 accounts are denominated.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by basa3 for all Players.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms available on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and basa3.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Products and services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, fishing games, and any future products introduced to the Platform. They are supplemented by any product-specific rules displayed at the point of play.

basa3 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a platform notification prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the basa3 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. basa3 conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings will be voided.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk. basa3 makes no representations that the Platform is lawful or appropriate in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on basa3:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of basa3 or its affiliated entities, or their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or who are subject to a basa3-issued exclusion order.
• Individuals acting on behalf of any third party — all Accounts must be operated by the registered Account holder personally.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use any wagering or gaming service on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

4.2 KYC Verification

basa3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawal requests above a defined threshold will require successful completion of KYC verification. basa3 may suspend withdrawals pending verification without being liable for any delay this creates.

4.3 Account Currency

All basa3 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all displayed and transacted in BDT. basa3 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied to player funds.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your basa3 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method. basa3 may also close an Account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. basa3 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number to add a second layer of protection to your Account.

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed and all transactions executed — is your sole responsibility. basa3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify basa3 immediately at [email protected]. basa3 will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending investigation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

basa3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT with no currency conversion applied.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance instantly. Bank transfers and card deposits may take between 1 and 24 hours to be credited depending on the payment method and issuing institution. basa3 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad mobile wallets are processed within an average of 15 minutes from the time the request is approved. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours. basa3 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed.

6.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the Account, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. basa3 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party accounts.

6.5 Bonus-Related Restrictions

Where a balance includes active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, the portions of the balance derived from those bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. The full wagering conditions applicable to any specific bonus are set out in the promotion-specific terms accompanying that bonus offer.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

basa3 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general terms and the specific terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds, and time limit for completion will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded game categories do not contribute to wagering requirement completion.

7.3 One Bonus Per Player

Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times by creating additional Accounts or using different payment methods will be treated as a breach of the Single Account Rule under Section 3.3.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

basa3 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend any Account where it reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive conduct. This includes but is not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

7.5 basa3 Right to Modify Promotions

basa3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification taking effect, provided the Player continues to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the basa3 Platform are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed at the moment basa3 accepts it and issues a bet reference number. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that all bet selections, stakes, and details are correct before confirming a bet. basa3 is not obliged to void or amend a confirmed bet due to Player error.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on the Platform. These limits may vary by sport, market type, event, and individual Account. basa3 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any Account at any time without prior notice, particularly where patterns of betting activity suggest professional or syndicate operation.

8.3 Odds Changes

Odds on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. A bet is always settled at the odds prevailing at the exact moment of acceptance, not at the odds displayed at the time the Player initiated the bet selection. Where odds change between selection and acceptance, the Player will be notified and given the option to confirm or cancel the bet at the revised odds.

8.4 Void Bets and Event Cancellations

basa3 reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the applicable result is determined; the odds were set in error; technical or human error affected the market; or where settlement of the bet would require basa3 to act contrary to these Terms & Conditions. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Account balance.

8.5 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and closure at any time at basa3's discretion. In-play bets placed during a temporary suspension of the market will be voided and stakes returned. basa3 uses live data feeds from certified providers for in-play markets; any data discrepancy will be resolved using the official score or result issued by the relevant sports governing body.

8.6 Suspicious Activity and Integrity

basa3 reserves the right to withhold settlement of any bet pending the outcome of an integrity investigation by the relevant sports governing body or by basa3 itself. Where a match or event is found to have been manipulated or fixed, basa3 reserves the right to void all related bets regardless of whether the result of the bet was known at the time of placement.

9 Casino Games

9.1 Game Providers and RNG Integrity

All casino games available on the basa3 Platform are sourced from certified, internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Every game utilises a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session.

9.2 Live Dealer Games

Live casino tables are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Live dealer game results are final once the round is completed. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record. Where a disconnection prevents the determination of a result, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

9.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game — including but not limited to system crashes, corrupted game files, network interruptions, or software errors — basa3 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the Player. basa3 is not liable for any winnings that were displayed incorrectly as a result of a technical malfunction prior to correction.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the basa3 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported immediately and will be voided upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or modify any aspect of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing basa3 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Using fraudulent payment instruments or charge-back abuse to extract funds from the Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

basa3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the Bangladesh market. The Platform provides every registered Player with a full suite of account management tools designed to support healthy gambling behaviour. These tools are accessible directly from Account Settings after login and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Cap the amount of time you spend logged in to the Platform per day. The system will notify you as your limit approaches and log you out automatically when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a planned break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your Account will be suspended and all marketing communications paused for the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform at any time. Access to all basa3 products is revoked immediately upon activation.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the basa3 Platform — including but not limited to the basa3 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the intellectual property of basa3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No rights beyond this limited licence are granted. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of basa3 is strictly prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, basa3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds or market data that were the result of a technical error.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Interruptions to the availability of the Platform caused by maintenance, server outages, or force majeure events.

basa3's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by basa3's gross negligence.

14 Privacy & Data

basa3 collects, stores, and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

basa3 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. Data is shared with payment providers, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention systems only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

15 Amendments to Terms

basa3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, basa3 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominently displayed Platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the basa3 Platform. basa3 operates as a safe and reliable platform and makes no representations as to the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction outside its operational market.

Any dispute between a Player and basa3 that cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
